Delete your Kyveo account.

You can request deletion of your Kyveo account and the business data associated with it.

Request deletion

1. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Review the business and workspace information associated with it.
3. Email privacy@kyveo.app from the account email with the subject “Delete Kyveo account”.
4. We may verify account ownership before processing the request.

What is removed

After verification, we remove active account data and associated business configuration, including website settings, collections, media metadata and inquiries where applicable.

What may remain temporarily

Minimal security, audit or legal records and backup copies may remain for a limited period before normal retention and rotation processes remove them.
