Privacy at Kyveo.
Kyveo helps photographers and creative businesses configure and publish their client-facing work. This notice explains how we handle the information used to operate that service.
Information we handle
Depending on how you use Kyveo, this may include account details, business profile information, services, collections, images, website settings, publication choices, inquiries and technical information needed for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To authenticate your account and provide your workspace.
- To save and display the business information you choose to configure.
- To generate and publish your website and client-facing materials when requested.
- To receive and show inquiries for the associated business.
- To maintain security, troubleshoot issues and improve product reliability.
Access and sharing
Business data is available to authorized members of that business. Public website content is visible only when you publish it. We do not sell personal information. We use infrastructure providers only as needed to operate authentication, storage, hosting, monitoring and analytics.
Your controls
You can update configured business information, manage publication status, sign out, and request account or data deletion. Contact privacy@kyveo.app for privacy requests or questions.
Security and retention
Kyveo uses authenticated access, tenant-level authorization, private storage and encrypted connections. We retain information while it is needed to provide the service or meet security and legal obligations, then remove active data according to our operational processes.
