These terms govern your use of Kyveo Platform, a service for photographers and creative businesses to configure their business and manage client-facing websites and materials.

Your account

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and use only workspaces you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Your business content

You retain responsibility for the text, images, pricing, contact details and other information you add. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that content and publish it to clients.

Publishing and public websites

Kyveo makes configured content public only through the publication controls available in the Platform. You are responsible for reviewing content, offers, images and contact details before publishing.

Acceptable use

• Use Kyveo only for lawful business and creative work.
• Do not access another business, account or workspace.
• Do not upload content that is illegal, deceptive, harmful or infringing.
• Do not interfere with the security, availability or operation of the service.

Service limits

Kyveo provides software for configuration, publishing and administration. Availability, integrations and capabilities may change as the product evolves. We do not promise that every published detail will be correct; review your content before relying on it.
